ACCX Solutions LLC values professional scheduling and respectful use of appointment time.

Appointment Cancellations

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be required to pay a rescheduling fee before booking another appointment.

Refund Policy

Due to the professional nature of services provided, refunds are generally not issued for completed services.

Refunds may be considered if work has not yet begun or if services cannot be delivered due to circumstances within the control of ACCX Solutions LLC.
