FD-258 Ink Card Fingerprinting (Maryland Compliant)

ACCX Solutions LLC provides professional ink fingerprinting using the official FBI FD-258 card format. This service is suitable for licensing, employment, federal forms, immigration, adoption, and general identity-verification needs.

ACCX operates strictly as an Ink Fingerprint Technician.

We do not provide LiveScan services and do not electronically submit fingerprint data. Clients are responsible for mailing or submitting their completed cards to the requesting agency.

Pop-Up / Meet-Up Fingerprinting

$35.00

Includes one (1) FD-258 fingerprint card completed at a scheduled meet-up location such as a library, café, or community center.

Service Details:

  • One FD-258 card included
  • Additional cards may be purchased on-site
  • Clients retain and submit their own cards

Mobile Fingerprinting

$65.00

Includes two (2) FD-258 fingerprint cards completed at the client’s location.

Service Details:

  • Travel up to 30 miles included
  • Travel over 30 miles will be invoiced separately before the appointment
  • Clients retain and submit their own cards

Legal & Compliance Notice

ACCX Solutions LLC provides ink-based fingerprinting only using the FBI-standard FD-258 card.

We do not transmit fingerprints electronically, process LiveScan submissions, or submit fingerprints to CJIS, the FBI, or any other agency.

Clients are solely responsible for verifying:

  • The correct fingerprinting format required
  • The number of cards needed
  • Submission or mailing instructions
  • Agency deadlines and acceptance requirements

All fingerprinting fees are non-refundable once the service has been completed.

Location details and confirmation will be provided after booking.

If travel exceeds 30 miles, a separate invoice will be sent prior to service.
