ACCX Solutions LLC delivers practical, real-world staff development for frontline workers, supervisors, and leadership teams.

All trainings are delivered with integrity, professionalism, and compassion.

8-Hour Premium On-Site Staff Training – $2,000

Format: Full-day, in-person at your site (or coordinated venue)

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

This full-day training covers the ACCX “5 Core Competencies”:

  1. Engagement & Rapport Building
  2. Assessment, Documentation & Follow-Through
  3. Service Planning & Coordination
  4. Boundaries, Ethics & Professional Communication
  5. Crisis Response, De-escalation & Safety Awareness

Included:

  • Full delivery of the 5 Core Competencies
  • Printed training materials and workbooks
  • Light refreshments (example: water, coffee/tea, light snacks — no boxed lunch included)
  • Standard ACCX swag bag for each attendee

Optional Add-On: Premium Swag Upgrade ($35 per attendee)

Includes premium tote, tumbler, notebook, pen, upgraded refreshments, and an upgraded boxed lunch (turkey, ham, tuna, or veggie; includes chips, drink, and dessert).

8-Hour Virtual Staff Training – $1,800

Format: Live, interactive virtual training

Choose one format:

  • Two 4-hour weekday evenings (4:30 PM – 8:30 PM)
  • One full Saturday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Includes:

  • Full delivery of the 5 Core Competencies
  • Digital training materials (PDF handouts)
  • Real-world examples, case discussions, and Q&A

No physical swag or food is provided for virtual sessions. Premium Swag can be shipped for an additional fee if requested.

2-Hour Virtual Refresher Session – $450

Best for teams who previously completed a full-day ACCX training.

Select any 2 of the 10 Advanced Topics:

  5. Warm handoffs & service planning
  6. Housing navigation & landlord relationships

Scheduling

  • Weekdays: 4:30–6:30 or 6:30–8:30
  • Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (as available)

Additional Attendees – $100 Each

Applies to both on-site and virtual full-day trainings.

Must be arranged in advance.

Venue Coordination Add-On – $750 (Local Only)

If you need ACCX to secure a training space, we handle the coordination and setup.

Travel Policy

  • First 30 miles are included for on-site training
  • Beyond 30 miles: custom travel quote
  • Out-of-state requiring air travel: client covers airfare, hotel (1–2 nights), ground transportation, plus any applicable travel-day rate

Booking Requirements

  • Must be booked at least 4 weeks in advance
  • Signed agreement required
  • Clear payment terms included in the contract

ACCX Solutions LLC does not provide services for any client, agency, or organization that presents a conflict of interest with the owner’s current employment.

All bookings are reviewed upon submission. If a conflict is identified, the appointment will be declined and any applicable fees will be refunded.
