ACCX Solutions LLC provides a secure, encrypted workflow for clients to submit tax documents virtually. All files are transmitted through WhatsApp Business (end-to-end encrypted) and then transferred into a secure digital folder to maintain IRS-compliant data protection standards.
How to Submit Your Tax Documents
Upload the following documents directly to the ACCX WhatsApp Business line:
- W-2s
- 1099s
- 1098s
- Driver’s license or State ID (front & back)
- Social Security cards for all filers & dependents
- Any additional forms received for the current filing year
Document Requirements
To ensure accuracy and timely preparation:
- Upload clear photos or PDFs (no screenshots)
- Send each document in a separate message
- Ensure names, numbers, and dollar amounts are fully visible
- Include front & back of all IDs
- Upload only from your own device to maintain security

- Full payment is required before filing
- Cancellations within 24 hours → 50% cancellation fee
- Cancellations more than one week out → $24 admin fee
- Additional forms/schedules (beyond a simple return) will be invoiced separately
