Cancellation & Refund Policy

ACCX Solutions LLC – Cancellation & Refund Policy

ACCX Solutions LLC provides professional services across multiple divisions. To maintain fairness, protect preparation time, and ensure scheduling access for all clients, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all ACCX services.

1. Training & Professional Development Programs

Eight-Hour Two-Saturday Training Program

  • Payment is due at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the first training date will receive a refund minus a $25 administrative processing fee.
  • Cancellations made 13–7 days before training are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made 6 days or fewer before training are non-refundable.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.
  • If ACCX cancels a training session, clients receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule.

Swag Bags & Add-Ons

  • Swag bags, food orders, and venue coordination fees are non-refundable once purchased, as these items require advance payment to vendors.

Rescheduling

  • Training may be rescheduled once without penalty when requested at least 7 days in advance.
  • Reschedule requests made less than 7 days before the event incur a $50 rescheduling fee.

2. Two-Hour Zoom Refresher Training

  • Payment is due at booking.
  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance receive a refund minus a $15 processing fee.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.
  • Sessions may be rescheduled once with no fee if requested more than 24 hours in advance.

3. Notary Services (Mobile & RON)

Mobile Notary

  • Travel and administrative fees are non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed.
  • If the signer does not have valid ID, the appointment is considered a no-show, and no refund is issued.
  • If ACCX must cancel, all payments are refunded.

Remote Online Notarization (RON)

  • RON platform fees are non-refundable.
  • Missed appointments or signers who fail ID verification are considered no-shows with no refund.
  • Rescheduling may be done once at no cost with 24 hours’ notice.

4. Tax Preparation Services

  • Payment is due at the time of service or according to the booking agreement.
  • Once documents are reviewed and preparation has begun, payments are non-refundable.
  • If the client chooses not to file after the return has been prepared, the fee remains non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not issued due to client delays, missing documents, or IRS outcomes.
  • If ACCX cancels the service before work begins, a full refund will be issued.

5. Resume & Cover Letter Services

  • Payment is due at booking.
  • Once writing, editing, or document review has begun, payments are non-refundable.
  • If the client cancels before any work has started, a refund minus a $25 processing fee may be issued.
  • No refunds are offered for dissatisfaction with personal preferences (tone, voice, word choices), but ACCX will provide one complimentary revision within 7 days.

6. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and may incur a fee depending on service type.
  • No-shows are non-refundable for all ACCX services.

7. Processing Fees

Refunds, when applicable, will always be returned minus processing fees, which cover:

  • administrative work
  • booking system fees
  • credit card merchant fees

These fees range from $15–$25 depending on the service.

8. ACCX Cancellations

If ACCX must cancel any service due to emergencies, system issues, or scheduling conflicts:

  • Clients may receive a full refund, or
  • Choose a new appointment without penalty.
