Notary Services (Mobile + RON)
ACCX Solutions LLC provides Maryland-compliant notarial services with both mobile and remote online options. All services are by appointment only. ACCX does not perform mortgage, refinance, escrow, or loan-signing notarial acts.
Remote Online Notarization (RON)
ACCX offers secure virtual notarization for clients who prefer online convenience. Each RON session includes:
- Identity verification
- Secure audio-video conference
- Electronic notarization
- Session recording
- Document upload and download
- A complete audit trail
RON Pricing
- Notarial Act: $25
- Additional Signer or Additional Seal: $10 each
- Document Preparation / Form Completion: $10 per document
RON appointments are available Monday through Saturday by appointment only.
Mobile Notary Services
ACCX provides in-person notarization within a controlled travel radius. Mobile notarization includes:
- Identity verification
- Acknowledgments
- Jurats
- Oaths and affirmations
- Power of Attorney documents
- School, medical, and general personal or business forms
ACCX does not notarize loan, refinance, escrow, or mortgage documents.
Mobile Notarial Fees
- Standard Notarial Act: $8 per seal
- Additional Signer or Additional Seal: $4 each
- Document Preparation / Form Completion: $10 per document
Mobile Travel Fees
- Up to 10 miles: $15 travel fee
- Up to 20 miles: $30 travel fee
- Up to 30 miles: $40 travel fee
ACCX does not travel beyond a 30-mile radius.
ACCX Add-On Service Fees (Non-Notarial)
- Document Handling: $5–$10 depending on quantity
- Same-Day Appointment Fee (Mobile Only): $10–$20 depending on request
- Wait Time Fee: $1 per minute after a 10-minute grace period

Mobile Notary
- Monday–Friday: 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
- No mobile appointment may begin after 6:00 PM
- Saturday: By appointment only
Remote Online Notarization (RON)
- Monday–Saturday: By appointment only

- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Documents fully completed
- All signers present
- Witnesses present if required
For RON
- Valid government-issued ID
- Device with camera, audio, and stable internet
- Ability to upload and download documents
- All signers present on camera

To schedule a Mobile or RON notarization, please send the following to the ACCX WhatsApp Business line:
- Your name and contact information
- Type of document(s)
- Mobile or RON preference
- Preferred appointment date and time
- Photo of your ID (front and back)
- Any additional signers or witness needs
ACCX will confirm your appointment, pricing, and next steps once your information is received.
