Notary Services (Mobile + RON)
ACCX Solutions LLC provides Maryland-compliant notarial services with both mobile and remote online options. All services are by appointment only. ACCX does not perform mortgage, refinance, escrow, or loan-signing notarial acts.
Remote Online Notarization (RON)
ACCX offers secure virtual notarization for clients who prefer online convenience. Each RON session includes:
- Identity verification
- Secure audio-video conference
- Electronic notarization
- Session recording
- Document upload and download
- A complete audit trail
RON Pricing
- Notarial Act: $25
- Additional Signer or Additional Seal: $10 each
- Document Preparation / Form Completion: $10 per document
RON appointments are available Monday through Saturday by appointment only.
Mobile Notary – Flat Rate Appointment
$65 Mobile Notary Appointment
This is a flat-rate mobile service. The total appointment fee is $65 and includes:
- Up to 2 signers
- Up to 2 notarial acts (seals)
(Maryland statutory notarial fee is $8 per act and is included in the flat rate) - Travel within a 30-mile radius
- Standard appointment time up to 30 minutes
The $65 fee reflects the total mobile appointment cost, including travel, time, and administrative overhead. It is not charged per signer or per seal.
Additional Fees (If Applicable)
Additional fees apply only if the appointment exceeds what is included above:
- Additional Notarial Act / Seal: $4 each
- Additional Signer: $4 each
- Wait Time Fee: $1 per minute after a 10-minute grace period
- Same-Day Appointment Fee (Mobile Only): $10–$20 depending on availability and request
ACCX provides in-person notarization within a controlled travel radius. Mobile notarization includes:
- Identity verification
- Acknowledgments
- Jurats
- Oaths and affirmations
- Power of Attorney documents
Mobile Notary
- Monday–Friday: 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
- No mobile appointment may begin after 6:00 PM
- Saturday: By appointment only
Remote Online Notarization (RON)
- Monday–Saturday: By appointment only

- All signers present
- Witnesses present if required
For RON
- Valid government-issued ID
- Device with camera, audio, and stable internet
- Ability to upload and download documents
- All signers present on camera

- Your name and contact information
- Type of document(s)
- Mobile or RON preference
- Preferred appointment date and time
- Photo of your ID (front and back)
- Any additional signers or witness needs
